Shipping & Returns

Products offered on this site are only available for delivery within the continental United States and Alaska.

Orders placed Monday through Friday by 6:00 pm central standard time will be shipped the same business day, all products are shipped via Fedex or USPS.

All products are discreetly packaged and shipped in a plain brown box under our corporate name Chase Telecom Inc. The shipping label nor the box indicates the product inside. This helps ensure the delivery and safety of your product.

Hazardous material/dangerous goods will be shipped in a manner consistent with the United States Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations to ensure that personnel exposure, accident risks and potential contamination is kept to an absolute minimum.

Fedex or USPS delivery services are available at an additional cost on select items. Next Day service is based on the date your order is filled, not the date your order is placed. Orders are filled the same business day if ordered by 6:00 pm Central Standard Time, orders placed after 6:00 pm CST will be shipped the next business day excluding, weekends, and holidays. Packages shipped to Alaska are shipped via air.


RETURNS
Due to the nature of what we sell, we cannot accept returns on chemicals. We will accept all other products for a full refund minus the shipping cost both ways.
